Last Updated: January 15, 2025
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TechRebootStation website and educational services. By accessing our site or enrolling in our programs, you agree to these terms.
We've written this in plain language because legal documents shouldn't require a law degree to understand. If something seems unclear, reach out to us directly.

By creating an account or enrolling in our programs, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Disclaimers and Limitations
Educational Purpose
Our courses provide business education and training. The information presented is for educational purposes and shouldn't be considered financial advice specific to your situation. Always consult with qualified professionals before making significant business or financial decisions.
While we work hard to keep content accurate and current, business practices and regulations change. We can't guarantee that all information will be applicable to your specific circumstances or location.
No Guarantees
We don't guarantee specific outcomes from completing our programs. Success in business depends on many factors beyond education, including market conditions, individual effort, timing, and circumstances we can't control.
We provide education and support to help you develop skills, but we can't promise specific career advancement, income increases, or business results.
Service Availability
We strive to keep our platform accessible, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect access to materials or live sessions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechRebootStation and its instructors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services.
This includes but isn't limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program in question.
Some jurisdictions don't allow limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Modifications to Services
We continuously improve our programs based on student feedback and industry developments. This means we may update course content, modify program structure, or change features of our platform.
For enrolled students, significant changes that would substantially affect your experience will be communicated in advance when possible. We won't reduce core program components you've paid for without offering alternatives or adjustments.
We reserve the right to discontinue programs or services with reasonable notice. In such cases, enrolled students will be able to complete their current programs or receive appropriate refunds.
Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You can stop using our services at any time. If you want to close your account, contact us and we'll process your request. Refunds for early termination are subject to our refund policy outlined earlier in these terms.
Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for other legitimate reasons. In most cases, we'll provide warning before termination unless immediate action is necessary.
After termination, you lose access to course materials and services. Certain provisions of these terms that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our services, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Most problems can be worked out through honest communication.
For disputes that can't be resolved informally, these terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any legal proceedings would be conducted in the appropriate courts in Nonthaburi Province, Thailand.
Both parties agree to make good faith efforts to resolve disputes through negotiation before pursuing formal legal action. If litigation becomes necessary, the prevailing party may be entitled to recover reasonable legal costs.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and TechRebootStation regarding your use of our services.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification isn't possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these terms doesn't constitute a waiver of that right or provision. All rights are reserved unless explicitly waived in writing.
Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to another entity, particularly in the case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
